這個問題可能是因為沒有安裝好asp.net framework 或者沒有注冊到iis web server上；對于后者，解決方法是運行aspnet_regiis.exe -i
具體在命令行中執行時，遇到了新的問題：
當運行C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_regiis.exe -i時，控制臺輸出錯誤信息如下：
The error indicates that IIS is in 64 bit mode, while this application is a 32 bit application and thus not compatible.
檢查C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\路徑，發現有一個64位的framework64,于是
cd C:\WINDOWS\microsoft.net\Framework64\v2.0.50727
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727>aspnet_regiis.exe -i
Start installing ASP.NET (2.0.50727).
.......................
Finished installing ASP.NET (2.0.50727).

這個信息經過驗證，不影響對web應用頁面的訪問。
